Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time. If you're outside the U.S. and want Vice Finish, email us and we'll let you know when that changes.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time

Once your order leaves our facility, delivery time depends on the carrier and the service selected at checkout. The available methods, rates and estimated delivery windows for your address are shown and confirmed during checkout.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and order size, so you always see the exact cost before you pay.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, a confirmation email with tracking is sent to the email address on the order. You can also look up your order any time on our Order Tracking page. If tracking hasn't arrived within a couple of business days of ordering, check your spam folder and then get in touch.

Returns

If something isn't right with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right. Items should be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking or with the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace or refund it — no return shipping needed.
