Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time. If you're outside the U.S. and want Vice Finish, email us and we'll let you know when that changes.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time

Once your order leaves our facility, delivery time depends on the carrier. The estimated delivery window for your address is shown and confirmed during checkout.

Shipping rates

Free shipping on every order.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, a confirmation email with tracking is sent to the email address on the order. You can also look up your order any time on our Order Tracking page. If tracking hasn't arrived within a couple of business days of ordering, check your spam folder and then get in touch.

Returns

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking or with the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace or refund it — no return shipping needed.
