Refund Policy
We want you happy with your finish. If something isn't right, get in touch and we'll make it right.
Returns
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Email vicefinishco@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace the item or refund it — no return shipping needed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and checked, your refund is issued to the original payment method. It can take a few business days for your bank or card issuer to post it. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is our error.
Return shipping
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend a trackable service, as we can't refund a return we don't receive.
Cancellations and changes
Orders are picked and packed quickly. Email us as soon as possible after ordering and we'll change or cancel it if it hasn't already shipped.
